What are our delivery times?

The goods are delivered to the customer by third-party providers (delivery services).

Goods already in stock at "Kraft-Profil-Technik GmbH" will be dispatched within two to eight working days after receipt of order, or, in the case of prepayment, within two to eight working days after receipt of payment.

Items weighing over 40kg are shipped via freight carrier. Deliveries via freight carrier may take longer depending on the agreed-upon delivery time.

For items not in stock, the delivery time can be up to two weeks after receipt of order or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment.

Whether the item is in stock can be found in the offer text. If no information is provided there, the delivery time is up to two weeks after receipt of order or, in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment.

Partial deliveries are permitted unless the customer clearly has no interest in them or they are clearly unreasonable for the customer. Shipping and packaging costs will only be charged once for partial deliveries.
