These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services of Kraft Profil Technik, insofar as they are contractually incorporated and unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer text.

The prices displayed at the time of the order apply. Packaging and shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated separately and communicated to the customer as soon as possible. For international orders, your bank or country may apply additional fees or taxes, such as customs duties or payment processing fees, not communicated to Kraft Profil Technik. These fees are neither collected nor charged by Kraft Profil Technik.

Kraft Profil Technik accepts all payment methods indicated on its website. Kraft Profil Technik will issue an invoice for the ordered goods, which will be sent to them in writing at the latest upon delivery.

The total price of the ordered goods is payable according to the chosen payment method.

Packaging and shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated to the customer in good time before the start of the ordering process.

The delivery of goods to the customer is carried out by delivery service providers. If shipping by carrier has been chosen, delivery is made to the curbside, i.e. at your front door, without steps. Delivery times are indicated in the product description or in the delivery information available on the site.

Partial deliveries are possible if the customer

• Our cancellation policy has informed the customer of this possibility and its consequences on their right of withdrawal, and

• the customer does not demonstrate having no interest in these goods or that they are not unreasonable for them.

A partial delivery is considered reasonable if:

• it is usable by the customer within the framework of the contractual purpose,

• the delivery of the remaining ordered goods is assured, and

• the customer does not incur any significant additional effort or cost, or if the seller agrees to bear these costs.

If applicable, transport and packaging costs will only be charged once for partial deliveries.

If the customer is an entrepreneur, i.e. they act in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding the contract, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods, or, in the case of a sale involving shipping, upon delivery of the goods to the freight forwarder, carrier or any other person or institution designated to carry out the shipment.

In all other cases, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the item sold, even in the case of mail order purchase, is only transferred to the customer upon delivery of the item, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer, when concluding the contract, acts in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity and therefore as an entrepreneur within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;

• the supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;

• the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which cannot be delivered before 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no control;

• the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;

• in the case of consumers, when the order is placed and delivery is made to a country that is not a member of the European Union.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts concerning:

• the delivery of sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery;

• the delivery of goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

• the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.

There is a legal warranty against hidden defects, and the legal deadlines apply. If a warranty is mentioned in the offer, this does not affect the legal warranty against hidden defects.

All deliveries are subject to retention of title. The delivered goods remain the property of Kraft Profil Technik until full payment of the purchase price.

The complaint handling procedure of Kraft Profil Technik meets the requirements of professional diligence. If a customer wishes to file a complaint, they can do so in writing or orally using one of the communication channels and contact details indicated here. Prompt processing is guaranteed.

Please note that the provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes relating to the delivery transaction is the registered office of Kraft Profil Technik, if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.

The contracting parties agree that all legal relations arising from this contract shall be governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), unless this would deprive the consumer of the protection afforded to them by the mandatory provisions of the State in which they have their habitual residence. In the latter case, the law of the State in which the consumer has their habitual residence shall apply.
